Are your products new and from authorized sources?
Yes. Unless explicitly listed as refurbished or open-box, every product we sell is new, sealed, and sourced from authorized distributors or direct manufacturer channels. Full manufacturer warranty applies.
Do you sell refurbished or used components?
Occasionally, yes — but they are always clearly labeled as refurbished, open-box, or pulled. Refurbished items include a 90-day WoodfellowUSA warranty at minimum. We never mix new and refurbished inventory without clear labeling.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. Net-30 terms are available for qualified businesses — apply through the contact form above.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened products can be returned within 15 days if defective (manufacturer warranty applies). Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective. Restocking fees may apply to non-
defective opened returns.
Can you source hard-to-find or discontinued components?
We can try. Submit a quote request with the specific part number and we& ll check our extended supplier network. No guarantees on discontinued
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available for large orders — contact us to discuss.
Can you build complete systems?
We sell components, not pre-built systems. However, if you need a specific configuration of parts bundled and shipped together, we can accommodate that. For full system integration, we recommend pairing with one of our white-label development partners.
What happens if I receive a defective component?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll troubleshoot with you to confirm the defect, then either ship a replacement immediately (cross-ship for MSP/Reseller accounts) or initiate an RMA with the manufacturer. We handle the process — you don’t have to deal
with the manufacturer directly.
